5. Intellectual Property

 

All recordings produced as part of a session are the property of the client upon full payment. BRETTDRUMS reserves the right to use portions of recordings or materials for promotional purposes, but only with prior consent from the client.

 

6. Changes to Terms

 

BRETTDRUMS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on this website.
